A Euless, Texas janitor isn’t a teacher but he has inspired students at a Clark County school.
“If I clean a toilet, and you sit on that toilet. You can rest assured that’s the cleanest toilet you’ll ever sit on.”
Working at Trinity High School for 25 years his unique relationship lends to their confidence boost after a conversation with him.
Butch Anthony Sias, a former student who got help from Mr. Clark, speaks with People explaining,
“Mr. Clark took me to ball games, he took me to dinner, but mostly, he just listened. He taught me how to be there for others, how to care about others and to always have a smiling face. He changed my life.”
Clark is more than your everyday janitor. He is a friend and an inspiration to many young minds.
“You going to tell me I don’t have a good life? This custodian thing is working good for me. I got a great life!”
Clarks love for the students shows that no matter where you are, it’s all about your attitude, which can make a lasting impression on those around you.
Tell us what you think of this amazing story. It’s nice that someone who knows more about life can teach a thing or two to the students!
