Yoga Pants? Your man’s button up? Underwear? A nightgown? What do you sleep in, ladies?

Many of us often take pride in our comfy pants—those pants that we can’t seem to live without; the softest pants that hit our skin perfectly. Some of us even change into them the moment we get home from work. Nothing beats hopping into your comfy pants and jumping on the couch to watch a movie in the dark.

However, when it comes to sleep, what should we really be wearing to bed?

In the end, the best thing to sleep in is your birthday suit. There are mental and physical health benefits to wearing your birthday suit to bed, and you will be surprised at what naked sleeping has to off you!
